This solution is used to detect when retirement home residents suffering from dementia have left the building. When a monitored person enters a designated exit area, the person is recognized via a camera using face recognition. This information is passed to a special transmitter and sent to the HelpCare application. An alarm is triggered and displayed to personnel that have been designated in the HelpCare application. Personnel immediately know that there is a danger that a monitored person has left the building without their knowledge and can therefore react/resolve the situation quickly.
