Solution Description
SYSMON was designed for companies providing multiple remote monitoring services (alarms, images, access control, images from vehicle mobile devices, vehicle tracking telemetry, video camera analytics events, and various other data generated by technologies embedded in security devices, such as facial recognition, vehicle license plates, camera data, etc.). It was designed to simplify operator access during monitoring station operations for incident response, allowing them to navigate customer data such as location, floor plans, biometric or facial identification records, and remotely control the various features of integrated devices.

The platform serves small businesses and large organizations, covering a wide range of remote monitoring activities. Available on cloud-based servers or on a physical server with local infrastructure maintained by the contracting company, it allows remote operation via PC or app for all functions, ideal for home offices. All features and integrations are available in both versions.
SYSMON can integrate with other platforms as long as documentation or an API is provided. The SYSMON API is also available for integration!
